Bake Sale - happening now until around when the JC closes at Kiosk G.  (Details below.)

King Cakes - We will be rescheduling the King Cake baking (it will *NOT* be happening this weekend!)  We'd love your input on deciding between Friday 2/12 (6:30pm-10pm) orSaturday 2/13 (a 4-hour block sometime between 10am-7pm).  Details below.  (Psst -- Do you want to volunteer an on-campus kitchen?)

As you've probably heard, saying there is a bit of snow this weekend would be an understatement.  To consolidate some info in case you missed it:
GMU has canceled ALL classes and campus activities as of 12:30pm on Friday.
+ The last departure on Friday for ALL shuttles will be 2pm, and there will be no shuttle service on Saturday.
+ Overnight parking restrictions in the general area at the Rappahannock Parking Deck have been lifted through Tuesday 2/9 at 7am (if you have a car on campus, the University recommends you move it there).
+ Friday 2/5: JC closes at 2:30pm & SUBI / SUBII closes at 12:30pm (but Corner Pocket is open 2-9pm if you are looking for something to do on campus).  If you are looking for something to eat, Southside, Starbucks, Ikes, and the OneStop Patriot Shop will operate on ther normal hours.
+ Saturday 2/6: JC / SUBI / SUBII / Game Room / Corner Pocket are all closed.  There will still be places to eat: Southside (11am-9pm); Starbucks (10am-12am); Ikes (9am-4am); One Stop Patriot Shop (10am-2am)
+ Sunday 2/7: JC / SUBI / SUBII / Game room are closed.  Corner Pocket will be open 2-9pm (longer if the Super Bowl is still going).  Once again, eateries will be open: Southside (11am-9pm); Starbucks (10am-12am); Ikes (9am-4am); One Stop Patriot Shop (10am-2am).

In short, it is going to be a very wintery weekend, it it will take the mid-Atlantic a few days to dig ourselves back out!  Enjoy the winter wonderland by playing in the snow or cuddling up inside where it is warm -- whatever sounds appealing to you!
